This depends on the ONIT associates location. At this time no online purchases offer financing.

ONIT Vehicle Service Contracts cover a large variety of flexible options to fit you. The best way to find and locate your contract's coverage information is in the Terms and Conditions section of the packet.

Can I upgrade my ONIT vehicle service contract?
Yes, we are usually able to make early modifications to your contract in most cases. Depending on the level of coverage selected the price may increase or decrease.

Can I transfer my Vehicle Service Contract?

Are ONIT warranty contracts cancellable.
Usually we can, please reference your Vehicle Service Contract for the exact guidelines. If the contract was purchased directly through ONIT then notify us, if it was purchased through an associate then you will need to contact them and request cancellation with the current "mileage" reading.
How to start a claim?
Hopefully you're never involved in a claim, if you are then you will want to get your vehicle back to the dealership you bough it from or the nearest licensed repair facility.
Is roadside assistance included?
Yes all of our plans offer comprehensive Roadside Assistance coverage.
How to make a payment?
If you bough through us directly then please contact us to process the payment, if you bought your plan through an associate then please contact the location for their payment process.
Do I have auto rental coverage?
This depends on the product plan selected, reference your Terms and Condition section in your coverage contract. If the option is selected then it will be available when repairs have been authorized.
How to find the end date of my warranty?
Please look at the first page of the Declarations page at the very top. You're contract will expire once you reach the end of your contract date or mileage limit selected.
Can I fix my own car?
Please reference your Vehicle Service Contracts guideline to view your vehicles manufacturers schedule for maintenance and to save your records. To locate you're contracts exact responsibilities look in the Terms and Condition section of your Warranty or Vehicle Service Contract packet.
How do I know if my contract is effective?
Most Vehicle Service Contracts will come with "Same Day Coverage". If your warranty was purchased through an off-site associate then please allow 25-40 days for complete enrollment. If you need to contact us sooner then please do, we are ready to assist.
